Delivery Information

HAIMONT understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins, we are unable to make any changes to your order.

All orders are estimated to ship typically within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays. 

Currently, we are offering Free Standard Shipping everyday on Orders Over $40. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.

Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be unavailable. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at service@haimont.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!

Standard Shipping

  • 3 to 7 Business Days to the US from US warehouses
  • 7 to 14 Business Days to Asia and Europe
  • 10 to 25 Business Days to Other Areas

Expedited Shipping

  • 1 to 3 business days to the US, additional $15 needed
  • 5 to 10 Business Days to Asia and Europe, additional $20 needed
  • Other areas are not available

International Shipping (Except United States)

  • Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. Haimont cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
  • It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
  • You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate. You can also track it here:


Backordered Items

If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.

Tax Information

All the product prices include tax, you do not need to pay additional tax.
