On the rare occurrence that you do receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at service@haimont.com,In your message body, please provide us with your:

COST OF RETURN: We will cover the shipping fee if you choose to return the defective items. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Please kindly note:
*Products must be unwashed. (Unless it's a fading problem)
*We only offer refunds to the original payment method used to make the order.
*There is no service charge, you will get full refund.
*Any damaged items that have signs of artificial damage will be declined.
For Non-Defective Products

We recommend checking the size chart to find your size before placing an order. If you find items that don’t fit you when you get your items, please feel free to contact us at service@haimont.com.
*Others
You may don’t want the items anymore for some reason when you get your items. We understand and accept the returns. Please kindly check the policies:
*Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
*We only offer refunds to the original payment method used to make the order.
*We will refund you when we get the returned items.
*We don't refund original shipping charges.
*There is no service charge but you will be responsible for the shipping cost of your return.
To start a return, simply fill in the details on the Returns Form or you can contact us at service@haimont.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address (not the company address): 3849 S Delsea Dr D0000, Vineland, New Jersey, 08360, or to the address specified on the return label.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your item has not shipped yet, Please contact our customer service representative at service@haimont.com in time and apply for a refund, we will notify you of the approval or refusal of the refund within 1 working days from the receipt of the email. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within the next 7 business days.
If your item is already on its way or you have already received your item, Please fill in the details on the Returns Form and contact us to get a return shipping label. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, you still haven’t received a refund, please contact us at service@haimont.com.
