Delivery Information

HAIMONT understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins, we are unable to make any changes to your order.

All orders are estimated to ship typically within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays.

Currently, we are offering Free Standard Shipping everyday on Orders Over $40. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.

Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be unavailable. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at service@haimont.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!

Standard Shipping

  • 3 to 7 Business Days to the US from US warehouses
  • 7 to 14 Business Days to Asia and Europe
  • 10 to 25 Business Days to Other Areas

Expedited Shipping

  • 1 to 3 business days to the US, additional $15 needed
  • 5 to 10 Business Days to Asia and Europe, additional $20 needed
  • Other areas are not available

International Shipping (Except United States)

  • Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. Haimont cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
  • It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
  • You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.

Backordered Items

If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.

Returns Policy

We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from haimont.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping charges. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition with the original tags still attached for full credit.

These cups are very compact when folded up, and they are incredibly light.
They aren't huge, but that's perfect for those "cup-less" races where you just need something small to get some water in you in the middle of a race.
I don't plan on using the carabiners that came with them, but I guess they are there if you wanted to use them.

These are a must have for hiking and camping. They are so light weight and easy to carry. They hold liquid really well. They tend to be a little wobbly if you set them on a table, but that isn’t really what these are for. They attach easily to a loop on your pack with the included carabiners. They are very easy to clean and they fold/smash down easily as well. Plus, they aren’t really expensive. Very happy with them.

These are very light weight cups that comes in handy. These little cups pack flat and are handy to carry around while out and about. I carry one packed with my water bladder when motorcycle riding and camping. It's a nice option to drink from a cup at camp instead of sucking on a tube. The problem for my use case is that this is a cup that holds less than a cup (in volume). That's enough to quench an immediate thirst, but not enough to sit around and relax without having to get up and refill the thing every 2 minutes.

The cups are good quality, though. They don't smell or taste funny, and pack away very small when not in use. It does seem a little precarious to use because it is so light and thin. It feels like it will collapse on you if you hold it tightly. But they definitely do what they are designed to do, so I'm not going to knock off a star because I use it differently than intended.
